For anything about a purchase, add your App Store receipt number. Apple emails you the receipt, and you can also find it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought gold and it never arrived
First, fully close the app and open it again. A purchase that completed but could not be processed is written to your save automatically on the next launch — the gold is not lost, it is queued. If the purchase is waiting on Ask to Buy approval, it arrives the moment approval is given. If it still has not appeared after a relaunch, write in with your receipt number.
My save file is gone
The save lives only in your phone’s own storage; there is no cloud backup. Deleting the app deletes the save, and it cannot be recovered. For the same reason a save cannot be moved to another phone.
It says “Store unreachable”
This appears when the App Store cannot be reached. Check your connection and that Airplane Mode is off, then close and reopen the shop. In-app purchases may also be switched off on the device under Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions.
I want a refund
Apple handles purchases and issues refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change the language?
Main menu → SETTINGS → LANGUAGE. It switches between English and Turkish instantly. On first launch the game follows your phone’s language.
How do I stop my child from making purchases?
Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases → In-app Purchases → Don’t Allow. With Family Sharing, Ask to Buy requires your approval for every purchase.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, the whole game runs offline. The internet is needed only when buying gold.
Are there ads?
None. The game is free, shows no advertising and asks for no account. You can buy gold if you want to; the entire game is playable without spending anything.

Privacy

The privacy policy spells out that the app collects nothing, where your save lives, and what happens during a purchase.
